About Loudon County Court Docket

Loudon County dockets are divided among Circuit Court, Criminal Court, General Sessions, and Chancery. Their records are kept by the Circuit Court Clerk or the Clerk and Master, while TNCIS provides the public search. We organize those official paths so readers can identify the right portal, office, address, and phone number with less guesswork.

Why We Built This Site

Tennessee permits access to public court records, subject to court rules, statutes, and sealing orders. The difficult step is often finding the custodian. Steve Harrelson's Circuit Court Clerk office keeps Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions records. Lisa Scott's Clerk and Master office keeps Chancery and probate-related files. The Tennessee Case Finder and Loudon TNCIS provide public inquiry data, but the responsible clerk keeps the official record. We bring these roles, search links, contact points, and request steps together.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes shown on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges or decide which records it returns.
